Job Description:

As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple components of our ecommerce division. Some of these facets include product content, maintaining and developing customer relationships, pricing strategy, marketing, and merchandising. You will partner closely with key stakeholders and customers to drive growth. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple national accounts and drive new market growth
• Create new business relationships and maintain account development
• Conduct sales and activity analysis with team to anticipate and fulfill buyers needs
• Set priorities, KPI and direct team goals
• Act as point of contact for escalated client issues and needs
• Deliver projections and quarterly analysis to executive and stakeholders
• Negotiate pricing with buyers and accounts
• Partner with key stakeholders to prepare major products and introduce new products to buyers
• Keep management informed of product success and projected buyer needs
• Ability to attend and work biannual trade shows
• Merchandize Safavieh’s product catalogue focusing on top volume drivers and new products

Job Requirements

• 7 + years managing national accounts including background in account management, sales, product management, project management, and/or marketing
• Full time- Onsite at our HQ located in Port Washington (this is not a remote position)
• Detailed understanding of retailer and local market trends and nuances
• Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel.
• Articulate and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven negotiating skills, influencing abilities, and relationship management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
