Overall duties include, but not limited to:

• Customer Service

• Development and implementation of Leasing and marketing strategies

• Personnel recruiting, training and development, and management

• Payroll administration

• Budgeting

• Revenue and expense management

• Collections

• Facilities management

• Planning and execution of capital projects

• Third party vendor projects - bidding, contracting, oversight, and invoice processing

Investor reporting across all departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
