New Product Development Planning -NPDP enables the Supply Chain of Intel's newest products, covering as early as 3 years prior to their High Volume Manufacturing (HVM), and is searching for a Supply Chain Program Manager.
This role is a critical position helping to develop future supply chain capabilities for Engineering products in support of new technologies and enterprise programs.
The New Product Development Planning -Technical Project/Program Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partnering with a broad network of experts to lead engineering supply chain planning capability analyses and design for new technologies, products and enterprise programs.
- Driving the aligned voice for NPDP across programs by identifying, framing and articulating gaps based on knowledge of current engineering planning systems/processes and scalable future needs.
- Developing new processes and capabilities to comprehend the growing complexity of Intel's internal and external supply chain.
- Conducting competitive analyses and benchmarking to identify areas of opportunity to optimize Intel's supply chain.
- Collaborating with technical experts in the engineering supply chain to describe and locate the required data elements to create advanced analytics and data visualizations.
- May be asked to support/engage in day-to-day business challenges including orchestrating activities across organizational boundaries with both key internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This Position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or similar STEM degree.
- 3 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management.
- 4 + years of combined experience with one or more of the following:
- Experience in Demand Planning, and/or Supply Planning.
- Business Solution Development to include: Supply Chain systems, processes, and tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Semiconductor Supply Chain experience
- Supply Chain transformation experience
- Lean and/or Six Sigma experience/certifications.
- Foundry or OSAT(Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test) experience.
- MBA or Master degree

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
