This position provides an entry into a dynamic, fast-growing business services company with broad potential for career advancement for the right person. The Data Entry Specialist owns the process of managing, updating, and cleaning data housed in custom developed software and [please apply online] The Membership team interacts with each department across OMNIA Partners, including sales, finance, marketing, and operations. We are looking for a customer service-oriented professional with strong attention to detail and ability to follow through consistently. Main responsibilities include processing of information in membership database, completing membership requests from sales team members and external partners, and verifying the integrity of customer submitted information.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Data Cleaning Standardizing data reporting from several sources and identifying duplicate information
  • Data integrity maintenance Updating account information based on feedback from Research Analyst, Sales Team input, or supplier reports.
  • Salesforce updating Occasional input of member information into Salesforce
  • Maintain membership/participant list Daily updates to posted membership lists (Public and Private)
  • Reporting Occasional requesting or production of reports for processes owned by Member Services
  • Membership requests Evaluate and approve membership requests for OMNIA family of companies. Confirm integrity of information and input into correct system.
  • Membership follow-up Creation and/maintenance of new member reports for follow-up by Inside Sales Organization
  • Respond to inbound requests Evaluate, respond, and/or distribute to the correct parties all inbound member or supplier requests received via phone, web form, or email, in a timely manner.
  • Service Improvement Track nature of requests to make FAQ updates or recommendations for informational communications
Education/Knowledge/Skills:
  • Bachelors degree in business-related fields, or 3 years of experience in data management/entry
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems a plus
  • Adaptability to everchanging in-house IT systems within a rapidly growing company
  • Efficiently sort, segment, filter, and compare large data tables
  • Effective organizational skills including the ability to work independently and consistently achieve reporting deadlines.
