AROCAM Sports is a leader in the direct-to-consumer youth sports uniforms and equipment space. Our suite of brands compliment and align with one another to service a growing US youth sports marketplace.

Job Purpose

The Inside Sales Support Rep will support our Outside Sales staff with managing existing business and assisting in their efforts in developing new business. This support role is critical in creating and sending sales proposals, building and managing sales orders, building sales forecasts, and interacting with existing and new customers.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player who can focus on providing the highest level of service and attention to detail, possesses a positive can-do attitude, professionalism, and drive to take on the wide range of responsibilities in our fast paced and rapidly growing company.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of our customers, sales staff, and company
• Managing sales quote/orders
• Building sales forecasts
• Requesting art proofs
• Building sites for our EZ-Kit Customers
• Updating and keeping accurate CRM/ERP customer files and information
• Speaking with new and existing customers on the phone
• Support sales staff with various daily needs to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers – this includes prompt completion of requests and tasks
• Work as a liaison between the sales and operations staff to ensure orders are scheduled according to customer needs

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Team Player with strong work ethic

• Effective communication & organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Office (in particular, Excel); ERP experience a plus
• Data management and reporting understanding
• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time – attention to detail is a must!
• BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
