Shipping & Business Center Retail Sales

We are a customer service driven Shipping, Print, and Business Center with a growing range of services looking for someone to join our team. We take pride in our customer service and only those with a smile need to apply!

OPPORTUNITIES

*Challenge yourself! A clock with tiny moving parts? $5,000 artwork framed with glass? Determine the best way to ship and guide customers in what options they have to meet their needs. Wrap and pack with care to properly protect the items and meet all carrier required specifications.

*Release your inner neat freak! Keep retail shelves stocked, orderly and dust free. Order and stock supplies. Keep the store clean.

*Be the expert! Expand your knowledge and ability to suggest alternatives to find the best solution for the customer's needs. Be assertive in improving your knowledge and skills. How big is too big to ship? Can we ship live animals? What about wine? Learn these answers and more!

*Use printers and copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, point-of-sale devices, photo and banner kiosk, and more.

THE MUSTS

*Must have general computer and internet knowledge.

*Must be able to multitask and prioritize. Our environment is often fast paced and under significant pressure to perform.

*Must be able to stay on task, and pay close attention to detail.

*Must be quick to learn and able to adapt to unique situations. Every day is a new experience.

*Must be able to work with minimal supervision. Take initiative to fill roles where you see a need without waiting to be told what to do.

*Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift, twist and bend on a regular basis.

Job Types: Full-time

Salary: $12.00 /hour starting during training

Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
