We are looking for a highly motivated Strategic Growth Account Executive to join our team. The Strategic Growth Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by maintaining and building relationships with the existing strategic clients, understanding their business in depth, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and helping them grow. They will be accountable for coordinating activities with internal cross-functional teams to retain existing business and to explore and pursue possibilities of expanding new business opportunities.
While we prefer to hire near our offices like Chicago, Seattle, or Jersey City, we are also open to hiring remotely within the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
  • Make sure all routes, prices and features are set up properly, either with internal changes or with the new destinations and use-cases we’re opening
  • Analyze and forecast customer's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth and maximization of revenue and GP
  • Monitor and analyze account performance, proactively identifying areas for improvement and daily communication with the customer to ensure top-notch quality
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients' business, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions
  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to your day-to-day as well as possess the ability to quickly learn new skills.
Qualifications:
  • 5 + years of strategic account management, business development or sales experience preferably in the technology, CPaaS or SaaS industry.
  • Experience in growing complex sophisticated B2B tech accounts.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional ability to run and grow internal and external resources and cross functional relationships.
  • Proven track record of constantly exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation skills and taking the lead with pitches, proposals, and QBRs.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong data, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Comfortable working in virtual teams and collaborating internationally.

Pay & Perks – An annual salary base of $100K-$140K (the salary of the finalist selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, job-related knowledge, experience, education, and skill sets). This position is eligible for variable comp. If target quota is met, on target earnings is an annual average of 40% of base salary.
