As a company we are experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic Outside Sales Consultants and Designers within the bay area. We are looking for those in the tri-valley and north bay areas.

With average annual earnings of $60K-$100K we are seeking motivated, friendly, professional consultants to join our team. Unlimited commission sales with no caps. We are seeking full-time and Part-Time. You must be available some Saturdays.

As a Design Consultant you will be spending time with clients in their homes to determine their needs and discussing window covering and awnings solutions , while providing quality customer service.

We are looking for self-motivated, determined and focused individuals, with professional sales experience, who embrace the challenges that come with responding to each customer’s unique needs and desires. Communication, presentation, design and negotiating skills, where applicable, are utilized at each appointment and offer exciting opportunities for our Design consultants transform a client’s homes.

Additional qualities of our successful Design Consultants

• Sales and design experience a plus.
• Must be ambitious and results oriented
• Be Professional, Polite and of high Integrity
• Have great customer service skills
• Detailed Oriented. (Must know how to read a tape measure)
• Must be able to read a tape measure and understand Fractions
• Must be able to do basic math.
• Computer Skills are a must
