Beloved Insurance Agency is actively hiring and we’re looking to onboard 1Experienced Insurance Sales / Service Representative to join our agency.

Qualifications:

● Must have 1 - 2 years of insurance experience, insurance sales preferred.

● Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual)

● Valid 2-20, 2-15 or 4-40 license preferred

Responsibilities:

● Preparing insurance quotes and proposals based on clients' needs and risk profiles. This involves gathering necessary information, calculating premiums, and explaining coverage details.

● Negotiating and closing insurance sales by overcoming objections, addressing concerns, and highlighting the value of the policies.

● Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the insurance company. This requires effective pipeline management, prioritizing leads, and employing sales strategies to drive results.

● Assisting clients with policy-related inquiries, changes, and updates. This involves processing policy endorsements, addressing billing questions, updating contact information, and managing policy renewals.

● Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

● Conducting presentations and meetings with prospective clients to explain insurance products and their benefits. This includes assessing their needs, recommending suitable policies, and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.

● Guiding clients through the claims process, providing necessary forms and instructions, and facilitating communication between the client and the claims department. You may also follow up on claim statuses and ensure timely resolution.

● Helping clients understand their insurance policies, including coverage limits, deductibles, exclusions, and optional add-ons. This may involve explaining complex terms and providing examples to ensure clients have a clear understanding of their coverage.

● Resolving customer complaints or issues by actively listening, empathizing, and finding appropriate solutions.

● Proactively reaching out to clients approaching policy renewal dates to review their coverage and address any concerns.

● Offering educational resources and guidance to clients, such as explaining insurance terminology, providing risk management advice, and sharing information on loss prevention strategies.

● Identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products to existing clients based on their evolving needs or changes in circumstances.

● Maintaining regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails, or newsletters to nurture relationships, provide updates on industry trends, and offer personalized support.

● Collecting feedback from clients regarding their experience with the company's services and using that feedback to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600.00 - $900.00 per week

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
