Primary Responsibilities:

Support marketing strategies as by Executive Leadership

Maintain current database of existing and potential clients

Schedule and participate in luncheons, dinners, and other events to network with physician community as the representative of radiology office

Manage call list and show ability to grow existing client list through scheduled appointments and “cold” calls on a routine basis

Provide support and education to doctor office staff

Visiting physicians offices, educating about what practice offers

Troubleshooting issues between practices or regarding product (scheduling, report turn-around)

Maintaining and developing relationships between managers and physicians at practice

Maintaining professional relationships with physicians

Securing referrals

Qualifications:

Energetic and positive attitude

Willingness to learn

Minimum 2 years customer service sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to recognize potential problems and provide fast solutions

Ability to provide internal marketing assistance within radiology office

Ability to work alone – self-motivated

Computer skills such as database maintenance, report generating, etc.

Ability to maintain a working knowledge of current topics and trends in radiology

Strong ability to perform many tasks simultaneously

Be well-groomed, outgoing and personable

Availability and willingness to travel locally

Bilingual (MUST)
