Landscapes Unlimited Outdoors is a family owned and operated business out of Inver Grove Heights. Our team is expanding and we are seeking a motivated, people-person who's looking to enhance landscapes for residential and commercial properties across the Twin Cities.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

The Landscape Designer/Sales:

• Be the face of the company meeting with residential home owners and commercial builders
• Contact our pre-qualified leads to discuss the scope of work and schedule appointments to meet with leads. The majority of prequalified leads are residential home owners.
• Follow through on provided job leads for landscape design services
• Complete bidding and construction documents to be used by our Project Managers, Forman and crew members.
• Interact with construction crews as needed to facilitate successful installations of designs. We have highly experienced crews with full capacity to install any project you sell.
• Have knowledge and experience in landscape installation.
• Maintain consistent and timely communication with clients throughout the design and build process.
• Complete other tasks and special projects, as assigned.
• Strive to achieve individual sales goals and company goals.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, eager to take on responsibility and grow with Landscapes Unlimited
• 2+ years of landscape design experience alone
• A strong record for cultivating and closing sales or desire to learn
• Design skills that embrace landscape design principles.
• The ability to create innovative solutions to complex design problems.
• Working knowledge of landscape hardscape and softscape installation.
• Horticultural experience and other certifications/licenses are a plus.
• Proficient in field measurements, documentation and estimating materials required for project completion.
• Experience using Dynascape software, AutoCAD, LMN Landscape Management estimating software is a plus but not required.
• Experience with Sketch-Up or other 3-D rendering software a bonus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
