Job Overview:
As Outbound Sales Consultant, you will sell CapCenter’s services and savings. You will be a subject matter expert for your clients across all three industries of residential homeownership: mortgage, insurance and realty. You will meet and exceed sales objectives with assigned leads and pipelines. You will apply professional sales techniques and develop long term relationship with a pipeline of clients and leads from various channels that will drive new business, repeat client business through cross-sale activities, and retain/revive existing business currently within our respective services. This position is in the office and located in our headquarters in Glen Allen, Virginia.

Qualifications:
The Outbound Sales Consultant is self-directed to achieve sales objectives with assigned leads/pipelines, self-motivated to overcome challenges and resilient to industry fluctuations in addition to the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of business development, sales experience, or entrepreneurship
- Proven professionalism, ethics, and character.
- Competitive drive for constant improvement
- Team player, self-starter
- Mortgage Loan Officer experience preferred, but not required.
