Brenda Cuoco & Associates Real Estate Brokerage is a fast-growing firm, and we want you to join our company! We are a boutique-style brokerage that offers our agents the opportunity to fast-track their business, easily obtaining a six-digit income. Our ideal agent is dedicated to success, humble, hungry to sell, able to work independently, has a passion for customer service, and is looking to join a fun, fast-paced environment to WIN in!

Responsibilities:

• Stay in contact with your clients through phone, text, email, social media, and in-person meetings
• Educate clients on the conditions of the local real estate market & basic real estate procedures
• Pursue leads and work to convert them from customers to clients
• Assist Buyers in searching for properties, and be available to show properties
• Assist Sellers by obtaining a ready, willing, and able buyer through multiple marketing channels
• Negotiate on your client's behalf
• Be available to host open houses as needed
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property values
• Verify and disclose property facts to clients
• Network with other industry professionals (lenders, attorneys, other agents) to build rapport

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active MA and/or CT Real Estate License
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to network to build your business
• Strong work ethic and desire to be successful
• Have a desire to work independently and have control over your professional growth
