Full description of the position

Achilles USA is seeking Account Managers to join our collaborative team. The Account Managers are the main point of contact for all house accounts, ensuring customer requirements are met and exceeded through exceptional customer service. Account Managers will also collaborate with internal departments to effectively manage house account order status.

Essential Functions of Account Manager:

• Communicating with customers regarding placing orders, order status, and forecasting needs.
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and proactively solicit feedback on customer satisfaction.
• Provide inventory management and request order forecasting from customers.
• Stay informed about competing products and services, changes in the industry and competitors.
• Resolve customer issues by collaborating with production and quality on best resolution.
• Procures logistics quotations and submits to management for cost savings measures.
• Submit monthly sales forecasts for customers.
• Manage inventory programs based on inventory customer agreement.

Job Requirements

Education

• BA/BS in a related field or 5+ years of experience as a lead working in a customer service focused environment.

Experience

• Minimum of five years of customer account management and or sales with substantial accomplishments in business process development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong listening and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
