Job Description:

University Motors is looking for a motivated individual to join our sales team. Sales experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right applicant. We provide in-house and franchise training to familiarize our sales staff with the vehicles, features and options available to customers. Our delivery specialist also assists in the final delivery process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, self-starter who is looking for a long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting pre-sales presentations to prospective customers through phone and email
• Establishing a relationship with our customers to understand their needs and expectations
• Calling and negotiating on the sale of vehicles with customers who have expressed an interest in our product
• Updating customers on the status of their vehicles, and providing additional discounts and incentives for customer referrals
• Maintaining a positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
• Attending company and franchise training
• Completing daily tasks and customer follow-ups
• Re-arranging inventory and placing promotional materials
• Utilizing various sales and inventory tools

Required Skills:

• Excellent Customer Service skills. Customer service is a key skill that we are looking to develop in our new leadership team.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. This is an opportunity to show your skills to the world!
• Attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can keep track of details, including communications with customers and maintaining order in our sales system. This position will require excellent organization skills as well as excellent follow through.
• Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is not only highly organized but also able to pay attention to details.
• Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining strong individual drive. We are looking for someone who is not only highly organized but also who can maintain good relationships with other employees even when they are working against each other in order to accomplish tasks together.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
