The Senior Partnership Account Manager on the Integrated Marketing team will be responsible for identifying and curating new strategic partnerships across our Financial Services brands. The Senior Partnership Account Manager will need to demonstrate strong sales, negotiation and closing skills, the ability to sell conceptually to partners, ownership of relationships and projects, be a strong team player and a professional with a proven ability to think creatively/strategically and act tactically/efficiently. The role requires someone who is consistently proactive and entrepreneurial. This fast-paced, dynamic role will be a great fit for someone who is interested in becoming a foundational part of a growing organization within an already thriving vertical.
What You'll Do:
- Develop account and category strategies for long-term development and revenue growth
- Identify and develop new relationships around RV's Digital media capabilities
- Act as a business specialist on behalf of your clients- strategically developing digital and mixed media solutions to suit their objective
- Establish and foster relationships with clients by conducting a high volume of face-to-face calls
- Prioritize and lead to ensure proper account management both internally and externally
- Establish oneself as a thought leader within the digital community and evangelize Red Ventures' unique positioning within the marketplace
- Ability to stay ahead of the curve on marketplace trends relating to their clients as well as the digital industry
- Work closely with and leverage internal stakeholders to ensure all partnerships are appropriately (and efficiently) strategized, scaled, priced, marketed and sold
- Negotiate and strategize all elements of new or existing partner deals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, editorial, legal, finance and other core shared services
- Develop pricing strategies based on various selling-process situations and navigate client conversations around the value of our products
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of business experience in a business development position and ad sales
- Persuasive communicator that can gain internal and external buy-in and followership for new ideas and opportunities.
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills to maintain own work-flow and meet deadlines
- Experience with in-depth research and problem solving.
- Ability to think strategically while seeing the execution through end to end
- Ability to think creatively and approach opportunities outside of the box
- Ability to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Works well in a team environment, with ability to structure own work and operate independently when required
- Must be confident, resilient, and ambitious with a strong sense of urgency and achievement
- Entrepreneurial spirit, that is incredibly driven, agile and goal oriented with a growth mindset

Compensation
- Cash Compensation Range: $80,000-$120,000*
- Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
