⭐ ABOUT THE ROLE ⭐

As our Assistant Manager, you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring our bakery runs as smoothly as our icing! You'll be the right hand to our General Manager, working closely with them to continue providing the unmatched service and irresistible products Classic Bakery is known for.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing and coordinating the bakery's daily operational activities.
• Assisting with inventory management, product selection, and supply orders.
• Training, mentoring, and leading our front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Assisting the General Manager in planning and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability.
• Working closely with customers to handle their custom inquiries through our CRM system daily.
• Ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met.
