As Sales Manager for the hotel, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to achieve and exceed sales goals within your assigned market segments. Your role involves actively seeking out existing and potential clients through various methods, such as outside sales calls, on-site visits and sales tours, as well as community networking.

To excel in this position, you should possess strong energy and ambition, as well as excellent leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel sales experience highly preferred.
• 5 years of experience in sales leadership including both strategic sales and/or opening experience
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate expert knowledge and customer contacts in the preferred corporate and/or group markets.
• Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Four-year college degree from an accredited institution; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel + Restaurant Management, or related major or related professional area
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of various discipline-focused computer programs, including strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems.
• Hilton brand experience is ideal
