Axxon Sales Specialist

Dual Fuel Corp is seeking a dynamic, self driven individual to lead our BMS sales & marketing efforts. We offer a competitive compensation package to include base salary and incentive comp.

Dual Fuel’s Axxon platform on average reduces energy spend at multifamily buildings by 20%. Due to robust state and utility incentives, these BMS control projects are discounted up to 80% and have simple paybacks of less than 12 months.

Responsibilities include:

● Mine company database to identify targets and formulate lead lists
● Cold call existing and prospective customers about incentive opportunities
● Maintain records of all customer “touches” and contacts
● Meet with Property Managers and Super’s to review their site’s existing setup and comfort needs
● Understand customer pain points, where their existing system is lacking and apply our solution to their business needs
● Draft customer agreement and price sheets for management review
● Present proposal and system overview and advantages to appropriate decision makers
● Address and overcome customer objections and concerns
● Negotiate pricing with maintaining predetermined required profit margin
● Secure signed agreement and deposit checks from customers

Preferred Experience:

● 2+ years NYC multifamily real estate sales experience
● 2+ years HVAC, MEP, Controls Automation sales
● Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
