Now Hiring - Retail Sales Ecommerce Sales Assistant in New York, NY

We are looking for a highly driven Ecommerce Sales Assistant to join our growing team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. The ideal candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, have a solid work ethic, an analytical mindset and ability to multi-task with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate closely with the CEO and Ecommerce Product Specialist to develop and execute strategy to achieve sales goals

· Assist with new account set up requirements: new set-up forms, agreements, item template sheet etc.

· Support product set up process and ensure all information are completed accurately and within launch deadlines

· Work with Data Analysis team to ensure sales strategy and goals are being executed and optimized

· Frequent communication with buyers to gather promotional details

· Maintain a promotional calendar of sale events and update calendar accordingly

· Track sales orders through the entire cycle

· Compile & prepare weekly selling reports

· Frequently check each channel dashboard, performance metrics, and sales reports

· Work closely with the Data Analysis team and buyers to ensure needs are being met on a consistent basis and to address any concerns that might affect the account

· Provide technical sales support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Dynamic Formulation, Sorting, Charts)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multi-task multiple projects simultaneously, while keeping track of all deliverables and deadlines.
• Excellent follow-up and superior attention to detail is critical in this role
• Ensure data quality and completeness of all record
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail oriented, analytical environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
