Retail Sales Associate - Pay range is 24.00 to 28.00 depending on experience and skills demonstrate ability to sell significantly high volume. If you have experience in high end fashion retail, the Retail Sales Associate job is for you! The Retail Sales Associate can be a full or part time position located at Park City Store on Main Street. Gorsuch is a luxury retailer of Women’s and Men’s apparel, high performance ski equipment & rentals, and fine gifts and home furnishings. .

Duties of the Retail Sales Associate include:

• Engage and connect with our customers by providing the highest level of service to enhance the customer experience.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to educate, inspire and outfit our clientele.
• Work with team to maintain a customer ready store, which includes sizing, straightening, and light cleaning.
• Develop clientele and have a passion for fashion

A qualified candidate for the Retail Sales Associate include:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales, customer service, or other related fields.
• Skilled communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Must be able to multitask and work in busy environment.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable working with POS and other inventory systems.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
