Our BDC representatives make $16 per hour plus commission. We are looking to fill full-time positions to work Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday. Visit our website at [please apply online] We are looking for ambitious, goal-oriented individuals to join our Business Development Call center team. No automotive experience is required. We strive to go the extra mile for our customers and are always looking to add hardworking employees to our family.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market potential customers.
- Responsible for inbound and outbound customer phone calls and emails.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments and also with vehicle selection.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly.
- Use scripting consistently and take notes of all customer interactions in the CRM.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
- Must be able to take direction
- Must be able to navigate through numerous computer windows in an efficient manner while speaking with customers.
- Be tactful when speaking to customers.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Must have valid driver's license
