Total Annual Compensation Package:

• $50,000 - $66,000 potential annual salary

Position Description:

Coordinate and sell quality floor coverings: carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile. The overall goal is to drive sales through superior customer service.

• Greets customer on sales floor and determines type and quality of merchandise desired
• Qualifies customers, then shows merchandise or samples of merchandise to customer
• Schedules appointment with an estimator to obtain exact dimensions
• Follows up timely and professionally with customers on all requests
• Participates in on-going training to increase product knowledge

Position Requirements:

• Motivation with a strong drive and desire to succeed in a sales role
• Confidence and the ability to advise on design choices
• Previous success in a sales role preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of computers
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
