INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Representative to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and sales tasks at our Webster location. You will be an integral part of ensuring that our customers are treated with the highest level of service. An excellent Inside Sales Representative is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with customers and able to carry out sales duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that customer sales are meet efficiently and add maximum value to the organization.

Essential Functions:

• Help support sales activities to maximize profits to existing and new customers.
• Ensures the pricing structure for all customers Is competitive and profitability maintained.
• Submits orders in a competitive and understandable manner.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new growth opportunities.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Communicate internally with team members about upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of customer service and sales.
• Comfortable conversing and communicating with customers.
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast pace environment.
• Shows commitment through the execution of responsibilities regardless of the challenges posed.

Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in customer service and sales.

Skills:

• Credibility to customers’ requests.
• Possess exceptional verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate recommendations promptly.
