Currently we are seeking Sales Manager position to join our HQ office in Hackensack, New Jersey.
Job Summary
Looking for a Sales Manager with a hunter attitude, willing to pick up the phone and find new sales partners. The primary role of the Sales Manager is to:
- Recruit new sales partners: ISOs, POS resellers and software and hardware companies.
- Maintain the relationship with the sales partners to continually generate new credit card processing accounts and sell POS hardware and software license.
- A Sales Manager is not anticipated to do direct selling in this role, but instead will assist with any large or complex deals being negotiated by the sales partners and corporate sales (business to business).
- Follow up and finalize sales leads coming into the office from the company marketing activities.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Proactively identify target prospects, establish contact with these prospects, and walk them through the sales cycle
- Be accountable to meet quarterly and annual quotas and will be a team player as a member of the Sales Team.
- Produce professional-quality email and other written communication with key executives
- Demonstrate excellent communications skills and product and industry knowledge allowing the Sales Manager to provide an effective presentation.
- Make recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers.
- Maintains a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, attendance at industry events and conferences and networking.
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Understanding of credit card processing business is essential.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the solutions.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Chinese and English, Bilingual in Korean is a huge plus.
