We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Sales Professionals to Join our team. The Sales Professionals will be responsible for maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and for effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. In addition, you will be delivered a list of pre-qualified leads and expected to close deals on behalf of the company.

In order to be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, professional, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

• You will be given a list of pre-qualified leads
• Responsible for maximum sales profitablility, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory
• Responsible for effectively selling the company's products and/or related services
• Responsible for closing deals on behalf of the company

Job Duties:

• Must be able to maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and how they will benefit our customers
• Must be able to develop and implement a sales strategy to ensure that you meet your personal goals and customer satisfaction
• Must be able to make outgoing calls to potential customers to schedule high qaulity leads for sales
• Must be able to travel within an assigned sales territory to conduct face to face meetings with existing and potential customers
• Responsible for closing sales deals and achieving customer satisfaction
• Must be able to provide recommendations and ideas to the homeowner/client
• Must be able to assist clients to choose materials according to their expectations and budget
• Must be able to strategically negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales
• Responsible for organizing and managing the ordering process from start to delivery
• Must be able to assign and manage installers and their work scheduler in order to ensure jobs are being done accordingly
• Must be able to create, maintain, and update the database of customers with complete information and emails
• Must follow-up with potential cutomers in a timely manner if necesary

Other Requirements:

• Willing to learn and have a general knowledge of roofing
• Positive attitude and a Customer Service mindset
• Genuine caring attitude about the client and their personal experience
• Understanding the importance of on-time client communication
• Must have outstanding communication skills , both written and oral
• Must be able to multi-task
• Effective time management skills
• Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment process to include MVR (driving record), background, and drug screening

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years or relevant/ previous experience in required
• Preference will be given to previous experience in a similar industry
• Knowledge of insurance roofing is a major plus
