Baystate Interpreters, Inc. located in Gardner, MA is looking for a Sales Account Representative. Company operating hours are from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. so your schedule may vary upon completion of training. This office is fast-paced and energetic!
Although previous sales experience is helpful, it is not required as we are willing to train the right individual.

- Cold-calling prospective customers
- Collaborate with team members to create success both in monthly/quarterly sales goals
- Contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives
- Ability to represent the company as professional, knowledgeable and dedicated
- Provide product support for established customers
- Networking
Requirements:
- Ability to represent the company as professional and knowledgeable
- Networking with potential clients and industry peers
- Resolve issues quickly and with care (e.g. customer support calls)
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM a plus
- Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
