Job Description:

We are seeking a self-driven, personable, and dedicated professional salesperson with an extensive resume in high end/luxury jewelry sales and an emphasis in bridal jewelry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Active participation in the daily operations of the store.
• Consistently achieve and/or exceed monthly sales plan.
• Ensures excellent customer service and in-store experience.
• Elevate in store experience by consistently creating/celebrating memorable moments.
• Cultivate new and existing client relationships through exceptional customer service, and CRM initiatives.
• Act as a professional advisor in the jewelry industry and to adapt approach according to the client needs and motivations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in high-end jewelry
• Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers
• Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Knowledge and Experience:

• High-end sales: 5 years preferred
• Sales: 5 years preferred
• Knowledge in gemstones, jewelry, timepieces, and/or precious metals is a plus
