Carlton National Resources is a national consulting firm specializing in the temporary placement of senior-level consultants in the Life Sciences industries, including Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device.
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and develop long-term, trustworthy relationships with our clients. The Account Manager's role will involve creating new business opportunities, seeking out new sales prospects, and working collaboratively with our sales team to achieve quotas. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, personable, and able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and engagement with our services in the long run.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients, and promote client development.
- Present information related to recruiting and staffing services and use business development strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and drive growth.
- Work with clients to obtain qualified job requirements and educate them on Carlton National Resources' service offerings and process.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
- Increase the number of qualified hiring contacts in the database.
- Update and maintain client information in accordance with Carlton National Resources' standards.
- Meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
