Full description of the position

The Sales Manager is responsible for overall sales management and business development including equipment sales, commercial audio/video project installations, and service. The SM is responsible for hiring, developing and daily oversight of the sales team, and also acts as the senior manager of the Ford divisional office.

Qualifications:

• Electronics or AV Experience Required
• Prior Experience with B2B Outside Sales
• Prior Experience Effectively Managing an Outside Sales Team
• Experience with P&L Responsibility is a plus
• Experience or Knowledge of Audio, Video and/or Lighting Systems
• Advanced PC skills (including Microsoft Office)
• Familiarity with the Divisional Territory/Region
• A Strong Interest in Sales and the Ability to Successfully Grow a Business
• Successful Management & Leadership Abilities
• Proven Motivator, Mentor and Coach
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Proven Managerial Courage – Assertive & Decisive
• Bachelor’s Degree
