Job Summary:
The Parts Counter Sales Representative will sell parts to all customers, over the counter, through the shop, or on the phone. Spanish bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply!

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
• Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Responds to emails and voicemails in a timely manner.
• Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
• Pulls and fills orders from stock.
• Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials that need immediate attention.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Years of experience: 3+

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to life 25 pounds at times.
• Must be able to travel.
