Design Tech Homes, the premier Build-On-Your-Lot custom homebuilder in Texas, wants to immediately fill a New Home Sales Consultant position. Our business deals in one of the most aggressive and fulfilling industries in the world: selling homes. We are looking for a New Home Sales Consultant who is optimistic, fast-paced and driven to go above and beyond what the numbers suggest. Earning opportunities can well exceed $200k annually!

- Meet the minimum sales performance standards as defined in the New Home Consultant Commission Agreement
- Monitor condition of models and facilitate corrective actions by submitting a list of needed repairs +/or improvements to Division Sales Manager immediately.
- Demonstrate showcase homes and show features and benefits.
- Visit homebuyer’s building sites and attend site visits.
- Answer chats, phone calls and web leads immediately.
- Thoroughly review, discuss, and set thorough buyer expectations for process timelines, pricing allowances, fees, permits, ACC restrictions, site costs/allowances, surveys, soils, design and contractual obligations throughout contract to close process.
- Follow and adhere to all DTH company policy, procedures, schedules, and management directives.
- Attend and participate in all scheduled sales promotional events as they occur.
- Exercise excellent scheduling, follow up, communication, and documentation skills in all areas.
- Consistently document and travel to realtor, developer, land sales, and other related business offices in an effort to attain referral-based business.
- Enter new prospects within the DTH CRM on the same day as the encounter and ensure proper source coding and thorough event history documentation.
- Adhere to DTH contract to close process turn-around times and seek sales management approval for all exceptions which are dictated by circumstance.
- Thoroughly interview, document, and qualify prospective buyers at the earliest possible time.

Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years commission sales experience
- Advanced selling skills and experience managing a multi-faceted process
- Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of personnel, management, customers and other third parties
- Exercise professional courtesy timely follow up, and integrity with all prospective buyers, DTH vendors and employees.
- Excellent written/oral communication and presentation skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work weekends and some holidays
- Must have transportation capabilities
- Must have and maintain a current and valid Texas driver’s license, a clean driving record and must remain insurable under the company’s liability insurance policy.
- Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
