We are looking for a proactive, assertive, take-charge person to join Timber Treasures & Co. You will have hands-on management and scaling of a fully funded, profitable, one-year-old business. This new business vertical is initiated out of an existing, charitable foundation. Develop and implement operational plans for an e-commerce business with intent to move to B2C & B2B strategies. Responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce business, from product development to fulfillment to the consumer. Accountable to deliver results which include scaling the business to hire, develop and manage team members. The job requires an entrepreneurial minded individual willing to roll up their sleeves at every level with an ability to build and motivate his/her teams, keep strong customer relations and optimize the operations for stronger results."

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for documenting current organizational training, processes and executing fulfillment of orders
• Develop sustainable customer relationships to ensure good communication, customer satisfaction, business growth, and strategic business development.
• Responsibly interface with and represent our business interests across customers, prospects, and other company stakeholders
• Ensure adequate inventory, logistics, resources and equipment capacity to meet demand and on-time deliveries
• Optimize e-commerce process and supply chain efficiency, quality, and accuracy
• Lead, develop and execute e-commerce solutions in collaboration with the creative team
• Scale e-commerce platform to the level to introduce B2C & B2B relationships
• Hire and manage staff as required per the growth of the business

Your Background

• 2 years or more experience in e-commerce (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation/communication skills.
• A logical, analytical, problem-solving mindset
• Track record of creating operational processes which scale
• Entrepreneurial thinking and hands-on attitude
