Benefits: Hannah Motor Company offers a variety of health insurance benefit options for employees and their families. PTO: All regular full-time employees receive paid time off, in compliance with state sick leave requirements, according to the following schedule:
- 0 – 2 years of service = 4 hours earned per pay period.
- 2 – 5 years of service = 6 hours earned per pay period.
- 5 – 10 years of service = 7 hours earned per pay period.
- 10 – 20 years of service = 8 hours earned per pay period.
- 20 + years of service = 9 hours earned per pay period.
Part-Time Employees- Will accrue PTO at an hourly rate of .046 regardless of tenure.
Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers 6 paid holidays per year to Customer Service/Sales Support subject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.
Customer Service/Sales Support - DHIA hourly rate $18-$19, DOE
This position has great growth potential including paid licensing/education to move into a Licensed Sales Professional or a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner ensuring all calls are transferred to the appropriate party.
- Post customer payments, complete and perform all other customer service/administrative duties as may be assigned.
- Schedule policy reviews to address policy changes, quote and write new policies.
- Make outbound calls for sales appointment setting, policy cancellations and post purchase reviews.
- Manage returned mail, update policies with new information.
- Regular attendance
Qualifications
- Call center experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (including listening, speaking).
- Ability to multi-task.
