We are looking for an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team. Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of retail staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
• Train, coach, and develop staff to ensure they are meeting performance goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Manage the store budget and ensure that all costs are controlled.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
