Business Development Representative
!!COMMISSION ONLY!! - HELPING BUSINESSES & SAVING JOBS
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified business for the governments free funding Program using different niche channels and social media outlets, leads provided etc. Integrity, a positive attitude, creativity, and collaboration will be key to your success in this role.
**COMMISSION ONLY**
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract and source businesses using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn, [please apply online] Leads provided and other various ways
- Prepare social media posts and content as well for other relevant posting websites
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment, coordinator and scheduling process including pre-screening businesses
- Update the Excel, CRM and manage all follow-up communications
- Continually identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that help improve the recruiting strategy
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with new and potential businesses
- Essentially reach out to lead list of businesses or leads you generate to ask them if they've received their government Free Grants. If not can mention we schedule you with our CPA professional to make sure you've checked if you're qualified. How many employees? Your goal is to notify them that they can potentially get up to $26,000 per employee and then schedule them with the Professional CPA to go over specifics WITHOUT THE NEED OF ANY BUSINESS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED TILL FILING
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred. 3+ years full desk , business development and/or full life cycle recruitment experience also preferred but not necessary
- Sales and business development Cold Calling Business owners and leaders or CFOs mainly
- Experience utilizing Microsoft office suite; Word / Excel / Outlook
- Proven track record of sourcing and communicating with businesses
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must
- Strategic, dynamic, enthusiastic, and quick to take initiative.
- Highly motivated, goal driven, result oriented and team player.
1099 Contract/12 months
$180,000k - $300,000/Yr
