Account executives can expect to earn up to $120K in their first year with unlimited earning potential. As your book of business grows, so will your income.

Stark construction has opened a position on our sales team. Enjoy being out in the world meeting new people, making deals, and being in control of your own income. We are a growing company in the Southern Indiana, Louisville, and Lexington markets. Stark specializes in Commercial Contracting and Commercial Property Maintenance. Our customer base ranges from the casino industry and multi-family communities to shipping and medical facilities. Scopes range from small projects, such as remodeling a conference room at a hospital or installing a new roof on a warehouse to renovating 500 units at an apartment complex.

Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Present product or service offerings to clients and negotiate contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Sales or project management experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge about property maintenance and/or construction
• Basic computer skills
• The ability to problem solve and overcome objections
• Works well with others in a team setting
• Create project budgets and develop a scope-of-work based on customer needs
• Turn a scope and budget into a proposal or estimate
• Aquire new customers and build book of business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Compensation Includes:

• Guaranteed salary of $65,000 for the first 6 months plus commissions and bonuses
