Qualifications:

• Previous Retail Selling Experience is a PLUS!
• Many different personalities, experiences, and college majors will fit the Design Consultant position.
• Ability to communicate effectively is a must.
• Willingness to learn a proven selling system and a high level of customer service required.
• Knowledge of general principles of home decor and design, including furniture, bedding, accents, color schemes, etc. necessary.
• Computer literacy required.
• Ability to work our gentle retail hours (we are open 10am - 6pm), including Saturdays is required.
