Site Manager

Overview

Prince Signs LLC, a leader in commercial sign sales, fabrication, and installation, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Manager to join our growing team.

The primary role of the Site Manager to is to oversee the day-to-day operations of our new Midland location. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: establishing quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which each team’s performance can be evaluated; ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; create and manage the installation schedule; recruit and train new team members; keep effective open communicate with out main office in Houston.

Responsibilities:

· Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers

· Build relationships and trust with team members across multiple disciplines to ensure short-term and long-tern business needs are delivered

· Support team member growth and training

· Prioritize business functions to properly allocate resources to maximize efficiency

· Implement/ utilize processes that enable team members to realize their full productive potential in support of the organization’s goals

· Analyze operational performance through direct observation, interpretation of reports, and collaboration with others

Requirements:

· 5+ years of management experience

· 2+ years of sign industry experience

· High level of emotional intelligence, with ability to build relationships and engage employees at all levels of the organization to drive improvement

· Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through employee coaching and creative tam building.

· Strong problem-solving skills: inquiry, analysis, fact finding, and solution identification.

· Strong collaborative skills to interact with others

· Computer/Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications

· Multi-lingual is a plus (English, Spanish, ASL)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 10 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Midland, TX 79703: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• sign industry: 3 years (Preferred)
• Outside sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Management: 3 years (Preferred)
