Overview of the Position Responsibilities: The Sales Appointment Scheduler is responsible for outbound activities aimed at driving demand for B2B telecommunication services across Bluepeak’s product portfolio. Outbound activities will include a combination of marketing led cold calls activities, email and social media demand generation, and research to identify and contact appropriate persons within a customer prospect organization. What You Will Do:
- Utilize Power Dialer to contact prospective customers and generate leads for Account Executives.
- Generate leads through social media content, elevator pitches, relationship building, and reach outs.
- Tracks daily production and expected daily/weekly/monthly performance to meet call, lead, and appointment quotas.
- Be conversant in the Budget, Authority, Need, Timing (BANT) methodology of qualifying prospects.
- Record discovery findings in SalesForce and other systems as appropriate.
- Coordinate timely handoff to the appropriate Account Executive to complete next steps in the sales process.
- Have a broad understanding of the Bluepeak portfolio of solutions/products and convey the value proposition to progress the conversation and improve conversation/meetings percentage.
- All other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales related discipline, preferred.
- 1+ year experience in a role with efficiency, volume, and quality demands.
- Call Center or Inside Sales experience highly desirable.
- MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, OneNote.
- Experience with SalesForce, Marketing Automation tools, dialing systems, and advanced troubleshoot techniques preferred.
- Advanced customer service and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations.
- Comfortable on speaking on the phone using call scripts.
- Ability to perform research on prospective customers prior to engagement.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to talk and hear.
- Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.
- Required to use close vision and be able to focus.
- Required to refrain from personal use of technology during working hours.
- Must be able to operate office equipment including but not limited to telephone, headset, computer, and printer.
- Required to lift up to 5lbs at a given time.
