Job Summary
Responsible for managing the generation of revenue and promoting sales of new and existing company
products. Responsible for establishing goals and objectives for Sales Team.
Job Duties
- Develop and implement marketing/sales plans and monitor results.
- Analyzes or resolves customer service issues or assists Inside Sales Coordinators in resolving customer
- Be familiar with company product literature and be able to convey product information and availability to
- Assist in determining labor claims.
- Manage the reduction of damaged returns.
- Manage and support the continual improvement of our company’s quality improvement system.
- Assumes other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities (Direct or Indirect):
- Manage the work of others, including planning, assigning, scheduling and reviewing work, ensures quality
administering corrective action for staff.
Pay: $18-$20 (based on experience)
Will enter bonus program after 30 days.
Basic Qualifications
Education & Experience (Level of education AND years of experience are required):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of applicable experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework.
- Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (Includes needed certifications, systems knowledge, job skills, characteristics, competencies, etc.):
- Must be able to work in cooperation with others.
- Must be attentive to detail and ensure accuracy in work assignments.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with others.
- Must be able to convey product information and availability to customers and to internal personnel.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with customers.
- Must be organized, motivated, and a self-starter.
- Must be able to lead and train others.
Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment (i.e. lifting demands, travel requirements, etc.):
- Must have the flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends.
- Must have the ability to work in an environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
- Must be able to work under pressure comfortably.
