EARNING POTENTIAL up to 10K MONTHLY (commission included)

The Representative Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.17 and $16.17. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Handle all incoming phone leads

• Respond to customers in a professional well-spoken manner
• Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
• Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication skills (including listening, speaking).

Ability to read, speak and understand English.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.

Ability to multi-task.

Ability to work alone, self motivate and manage one’s own time.

Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
