We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team at Tidal Jets Inc. As a Sales Agent specializing in charter routes, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of charter flight services to clients seeking private and customized travel solutions. If you have a passion for aviation, a strong sales background, and excellent communication skills, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and innovative company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients interested in charter flight services, including individuals, corporations, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, proactively generating leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Understand client requirements and preferences to offer tailored charter route solutions that meet their travel needs and budget.
- Educate clients about the benefits of charter flights, including flexibility, convenience, and privacy, and provide detailed information on aircraft options, availability, and pricing.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including flight operations and customer service, to ensure smooth execution of charter flights and address any client concerns or requests.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals effectively.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, consistently meeting or surpassing revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Knowledge of private aviation, charter flights, and the charter market is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage contacts, and monitor sales activities.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
