Evolve Pest Control is looking for a positive, motivated, and competitive Sales Manager to develop our markets in Las Vegas, NV., Mesquite, NV., and St. George, UT . We would enjoy meeting people with different backgrounds and experiences, who have that internal motivation to land deals, grow the business and make a good living doing so.
This is not your usual "call-it-in" type sales job. We are looking for people excited to go travel the territory, cold-call new clients, build relationships and help others grow. We want the individual in this position to actually look forward to spending their week "pounding the pavement" with their team. We are looking to grow the number of active clients across the region by 2400 per year for four years at least between personal contributions and that of the team in oversight.
With the team atmosphere and the new faces, you also need to be one terrific and positive communicator and !GASP! - actually document and work the CRM system for overall success.
We would revel in meeting a seasoned door to door sales representative that understood how to thoughtfully contribute to process making, goals, and even seasonal campaigns. If you are the kind of person who envisions leading a small team of sales producers, that is very much an opportunity you could have here!

Responsibilities:
- Training new hires in the field.
- Run daily team meetings.
- Performance Manage.
- Work full days selling in a residential door to door environment (Personal Quota of 400 new sales /year).
- Holding self and others accountable.
- Utilize best practices to meet and exceed quota.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
- Meet with potential clients.
- Knowledge of the services provided by the company.
- Overcome objections, and create solutions for potential problems.
- Communicate effectively.
Experience Level:
- 3 Years of residential door to door sales programs (Solar-Pest-Security-Cable/Internet-HVAC-etc.)

Pay: $88,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
