Full description of the position

The Client Development Specialist is responsible for developing new client prospects and maintaining current clients, ensuring excellent client service, and representing KeyStaff in a positive and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
New client development/prospecting includes:

• scheduling appointments
• face to face presentations
• cold calls and telemarketing
• Sell-a-Skill calls
• prospect follow-up
• proposal completion

Account maintenance and development including:

• client visits to increase the current order level
• quality control phone calls

Sales goals and recordkeeping include:

• completed Daily Sales Planners
• weekly sales summaries submitted on time
• sales goals for the growth of KeyStaff hours, etc., meet on a weekly and monthly basis

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Office environment with office equipment, computer workstations
• Meeting the public - candidates, and clients
• Client worksites in varying industries

Driving to client worksites and presentations in personal auto

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent

• 2 years post-high school education or training
• Experience in the sales function, prospecting, and telemarketing
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fluent English required
• Ability to problem solve in a positive, professional manner
• Good computer skills - word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and internet
• Physical ability to sit, stand and walk

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
