Insurance Agent

Small Health Insurance Agency is seeking a seasonal enthusiastic sales people that have a passion for partnering with individuals to assess their healthcare needs and build a comprehensive plan benefit option. In this job you will:

Match consumers need a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.
Maintain and Service a book of business efficiently.
Work Independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.
Working part-time with option to move to full-time

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must exhibit confidence and model high level of professionalism and integrity
• Excellent level of personal organization skills with superior telephone etiquette and verbal/written communication skills
• Valid Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
• Proficient in navigation multiple computer programs while providing a perfect consumer experience
• Ability to play an active role in the sales team development program.

Responsibilities:

• Match consumers need a variety of name brand Insurance carrier's products using a consumer-centric selling approach.
• Maintain and Service a book of business efficiently.
• Work Independently and within a team environment to achieve sales and contact target goals daily.
• Make decisions based on facts and not influenced by company or patient relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
