Sunburst Solar is actively seeking a highly experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to oversee a team of 8-12 Business Development Representatives (Call Center). This role is integral to our growth, with a key focus on managing our call center operations to set appointments for our sales team. Your role is critical in driving customer satisfaction and employee growth, so a robust background in team management, script development, training, tracking, and handling inbound leads is essential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Directing and managing a dedicated call center team with an emphasis on setting appointments for sales representatives.
• Effectively managing the internet and phone leads to maximize sales opportunities.
• Proficiently using CRM and other software tools to streamline operations.
• Cultivating a positive attitude and a strong will to win among your team.
• Ensuring the work environment encourages productivity and positivity.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Associate degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of call center services experience.
· Minimum of 3 years supervising or leading employees in a call center environment.
· Experience in direct response call center services environment preferred.
· Knowledge of call center telephony and analysis.
· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to multi-task in a very fast paced, team-oriented environment.
· Computer skills and experience preferred/Office/Excel/Word

***Starting salary $80,000-$100,000 per year plus bonus
