We currently have an opening in the greater Longwood area for an experienced Sales Team Manager! If you are looking for a long-term "career" opportunity please read further!

Office location: 2170 W State Road 434, Suite 320, Longwood, FL 32779.

Virtual interviews will be held Friday, August 4th from 12pm-3pm EST.

The individual selected will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Consultants that are placed in the following sales territory locations:
Alafaya, Altamonte Springs, Apopka, Azalea Park, Daytona Park, Deltona, Lake Mary, Lockhart, Maitland, Ocoee, Orlando, Oviedo, Pine Hills, Port Orange, Saint Cloud, Sanford, Sky Lake, Titusville, Winter Park, and Winter Springs.

As Sales Team Manager at Bulldog/ADT Security individuals should be goal-oriented, entrepreneurial-minded and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment. Those chosen for this position will have the opportunity to take our highly effective and proven training and apply it to your hand-picked Sales team for motivation, growth, and consistent results. We expect our Sales Managers to lead by example and set the bar for excellence.

Our current Sales Managers previously worked in such industries as: Pest Control Sales, Window Sales, Roofing Sales, Solar Sales, Restaurant Management, Outside Sales, In-Home Sales, Energy Sales and Home Security Sales just to name a few! BULLDOG BENEFITS:

Our Bulldog/ADT Sales Managers will receive the following:

· Average $150,000-$180,000/yr!

· ($50K/yr) base salary plus commissions, overrides & bonuses.

Requirements:

*Ability to work M-F 12p-9p

*1-2 years in-home sales sales experience

*1-2 years outside sales experience

*1-2 years leadership experience

*Previous experience with sales or installations of home security systems helpful*

*Solid, verifiable work history

*Excellent verbal & written communications skills

*Ability to pass a mandatory background check

*Valid driver's license, current auto insurance & reliable personal transportation REQUIRED

Pay: $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
