Full description of the position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced insurance sales and marketing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

· Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies

· Generating leads and closing sales

· Building and maintaining relationships with clients

· Support field-based Production team in achieving department goals

· Tracking/reporting sales pipeline

· Presenting at industry events/Overnight travel 25%

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry

· Proven track record of success in sales and marketing

· Microsoft Office proficiency

· Skilled with Customer Relationship Management software and social media optimization

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and consensus building skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· P&C/Life-Health Insurance license

Pay: $60,000.00 - $79,664.00 per year
