This position will be based in Nashville, TN on-property. Options for remote work may become available in the future, but will be full-time on-property at time of hire.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU DO
You maximize overall hotel revenue through development and implementation of effective inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends and historical data. The DORM is responsible for determining the optimal mix of customers and managing the distribution strategies on all channels to drive market share. Communicate revenue management strategic vision to leadership team at hotel. You drive Market Share and Revenue Performance through proper pricing and mix management and develop overall pricing strategy to include all market segments and distribution channels. You closely monitor competitive pricing and understand impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance. You will produce accurate forecast on weekly and monthly basis and validate comp set RevPAR forecast by month to ensure effective soft spot calendar planning. You will develop and update Strategic Sales Plan with the Director of Sales and Marketing. You will recruit, train and mentor your VP Accommodations Manager and assist in developing a career path for your direct reports.

You have an advanced knowledge of sales and hospitality principles and practices and excellent verbal and written English communications skills.
